Unique architectural feature of the complex - open terrace. It's a true eco-zone in the heart of the business area. Anyone can take refuge from the noisy streets of the megapolis here. A cup of coffee and a minute or two of enjoying the green view of the garden square help recharge for work and shopping.

The terrace has two entrances: from the atrium TDK "Tulsky" and a dedicated one from the direction of Holodil'nyj pereulok.

It can be booked for all sorts of events: presentations, exhibits, corporate activities. During the warmer seasons part of the terrace is used for the summer cafe.
